Gibbsboro, N.J., December 18, 2023 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to welcome Ricardo Losada as a superintendent supporting Conifer-LeChase.
In this role, Losada will direct the work of subcontractors, suppliers, foremen and other tradespeople working on the preconstruction, construction and post-construction phases of assigned projects, with a focus on safety, quality, productivity and scheduling.
Losada has nine years of construction experience working with a variety of firms throughout the New Jersey area. He earned a B.S. in business administration and management from Berkeley College and has completed the OSHA 30 and NYC DOB eight-hour fall protection, four-hour supported scaffold and four-hour flagger trainings. Losada currently resides in Belleville, N.J.
