Cheryl Schmidt, director of Organizational Development at LeChase, was honored by Dale Carnegie Training of Western NY at its annual client appreciation dinner.

LeChase has partnered with Dale Carnegie on various programs for many years. Cheryl received the Enthusiasm Award for collaborating with the firm on LeChase’s Building Leaders Program — now in its second year. The program strengthens participants’ communications and leadership skills while helping them learn to reduce stress and achieve work-life balance. The current class of 20 participants will complete the program later this month.
