Jeff Panza, LeChase’s regional operations manager in Buffalo, has been named a board member by two business organizations in Western New York.
Earlier this year he was appointed to the board of Invest Buffalo Niagara, a non-profit economic development organization serving eight counties of Western New York.
On June 25, the Amherst Chamber of Commerce also named him to its board. A suburb of Buffalo, Amherst is the largest town in western New York. Panza will join the board in July.
Panza has almost 40 years of construction experience in Western New York. He joined LeChase as a project executive in 1999. He became regional operations manager in 2018 after having served as director of the Buffalo office since 2014. Under his leadership, the office has worked on a number of high-profile projects in the area, including the Explore & More Children’s Museum at Canalside, the new Lockport Family YMCA and 500 Pearl – a mixed-use facility that held its grand opening earlier this month.
Panza holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University at Buffalo. In addition to the new appointments, he also serves a member of the Buffalo Niagara Partnership Developers Advisory Council.
