ROCHESTER, N.Y., April 12, 2016—LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Michelle Schleher to director of LeChase Facilities Management (LFM), based in Rochester, N.Y.
In this role, Schleher will work to improve service for LFM clients and expand LeChase’s presence in the facilities management market.
Schleher, who joined the company in 1998 as a project manager, has worked with clients that include the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), Kodak, Bausch & Lomb, Exelis and most recently Our Lady of Mercy.
She has an A.A.S. degree in architectural engineering technology from Alfred State College, and both a B.S. in civil engineering technology and M.S. in facility management from RIT. She also has earned LEED accreditation from the U.S. Green Building Council.
Schleher is involved with the Rochester Make-A-Wish Foundation, is a member of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), and is an adjunct professor at RIT.
She resides in Spencerport with her husband and two children.
