A ribbon cutting was held June 11 for the Northeast Regional Council of Carpenters’ new training center in Albany. LeChase was CM-at-Risk for the $5 million, 75,000 square foot project. CEO Bill Goodrich, Vice President Neil Schiavi, Superintendent Bill Hess and Account Executive Mike Corey represented LeChase at the event. Other participants included Jim Hayes, Bill Banfield and Dave Haines from the NE Regional Council of Carpenters; Roberta Reardon, commissioner of the New York State Department of Labor; Neil Breslin, New York State senator from the 44th District; and Todd Helfrich, president of the Eastern Contractors Association.
