M&T Bank recently unveiled its new Tech Hub at Seneca One tower in downtown Buffalo, N.Y. LeChase managed construction for fit-out of the modern, collaborative workspace, which occupies 330,000 SF on 13 floors of the 38-story building.
“M&T Bank’s Tech Hub has been a major redevelopment project for downtown Buffalo – leading the revival of the Seneca One building and enhancing the city’s core business district,” said LeChase CEO and Managing Partner William H. Goodrich. “LeChase has been proud to partner with M&T in managing the build-out of this new, modern space to accommodate Western New York’s surging technology industry, and we congratulate them on the project’s completion.”
In addition to workspaces for M&T employees, the Tech Hub will house a Tech Academy to provide community members access to programs for acquiring or enhancing the skills they need to be part of the city’s tech industry.
