Members of the LeChase NY Capital Region team – Scott Lawler, Alex Veras, Kwasi Addo-Baffour, Tom Siriani, Mike Frattarola and Jared Aubin – recently visited Stillwater Elementary School to help lead a toolbox-building assembly for second grade students as part of the school’s STEAM program.
In collaboration with Curtis Lumber, Otterbeck Builders and the Northeast Construction Trades Workforce Coalition, the team worked with the students as they hammered, screwed and assembled their very own toolboxes to take home. This is the fourth toolbox build event that LeChase has participated in to introduce younger students to tools and building.
