Platinum Builders, LLC and LeChase Construction Services, LLC have formed a joint venture − Platinum-LeChase Construction Group, LLC – providing comprehensive management services for preconstruction through project execution in the assisted living and senior living marketplace.
The new joint venture, equally owned by Platinum and LeChase, kicks off its formal partnership with the announcement of collaboration on a 66-unit assisted living facility in Bedford, N.H.
“Our team has a unique skill set in the medical and senior housing market,” said Michael Moore, managing partner. “This combination of resources provides a comprehensive approach to fulfilling very specific requirements driven by this industry,” he added. “LeChase Construction Services has a proven track record of highly successful projects as well as 70 years of talent and experience,” Moore said. “I feel very confident in our team and our joint vision of providing high quality solutions to our customer’s needs,” concluded Moore. The new company will have two primary headquarters in Newton, M.A. and Rochester, N.Y. Platinum-LeChase Construction Group, LLC will focus on the medical and senior housing industries throughout the East Coast that they will service through one of their 13 locations.
