Ellicott Development | 125 Hodge Avenue – EduKids
This project created a new EduKids Daycare facility on the former Women and Children’s Hospital Campus. The scope of this project included the renovation of an existing two-story, 7,000-SF building and a new 5,500-SF addition. The existing building was built in the early 1990’s and is a wood-framed structure. The new addition is also wood-framed. The facility includes classrooms, an activity room, staff rooms, a kitchen, bathrooms, storage cubbies and outdoor playgrounds.
