Talis Equity | Bent’s Opera House Historic Renovation and Restoration
After being vacant since 2010, the three-story opera house – including its top-floor theater – underwent a historic renovation that gave it new life and purpose within the Medina community. The transformed building now includes a farm-to-table restaurant on the 1st floor and a boutique hotel featuring ten eclectic guestrooms, each with its own unique furnishings and décor, on the 2nd floor. On the 3rd floor, the historical opera house stage was restored along with the mezzanine, railings, flooring and finishes – providing space and amenities for dances, weddings, concerts and other events. This project also included extensive structural repairs and restored aspects of the building’s façade and storefront to a more historically accurate appearance.
