Boundary Breaks Vineyard | Tasting Room and Administrative Building
Located on Seneca Lake in the town of Lodi, N.Y., Boundary Breaks Vineyard focused on selling its wines through distributors before its tasting, administrative and storage building was completed in 2016. The three distinct sections of the 17,000-SF, single-story building are connected by smaller structures in between. The tasting room provides views of the vineyards and the lake beyond, and features a covered patio space for outdoor tastings and events.
