This project involves construction of a 166,000-SF affordable multifamily housing project in Baltimore. It features wood frame construction above a concrete slab-on-grade, which sits on 315 auger-cast steel H and micro piles. When completed, the four-story pentagon-shaped building will offer 165 apartments as well as amenities that include a community room, fitness center and bike room. LeChase also completed the site work and demolition of six existing buildings on the property before starting the new construction.
