Oakcrest Village Associates, LLC | Conifer Village at Oakcrest
The project encompassed the construction of a four-story, 120-unit apartment building with two elevators. Building amenities included a community room, fitness center, computer room, garden and walking path, bocce ball court and outdoor exercise area with equipment. The exterior of the building includes stone and vinyl siding.
The residential building features a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments and includes ten accessible units. Each apartment is equipped with gas heat, electric air conditioning, one or two full bathrooms, a full kitchen with eating area and laundry hookups.
Certified by Enterprise Green Communities, the building features water conserving plumbing fixtures, Green Label carpeting, low-VOC paint, Energy Star products (furnaces, air conditioners, thermostats, appliances, light fixtures/bulbs and windows) and native- and climate-appropriate plantings.
