This project involved the renovation of a 4,500 SF penthouse in New York City. The penthouse included four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, a kitchen, living and dining areas, and laundry facilities.
The scope included replacing sheetrock ceilings, installing light fixtures and casework, and refinishing the hardwood floors. Several custom-made items—including a vanity, flooring and fully motorized treatments for the wall-to-wall windows—were also installed for this luxury renovation, which was completed on time.
