Hudson Valley Community College | College Suites at Hudson Valley
This project involved construction of a 115,000 SF, four-story student dormitory consisting of 62 four-bedroom suites for a total of 268 beds. The student housing complex was constructed adjacent to Hudson Valley Community College. Common spaces on the first floor included an open cafe, fitness room, club room, studio, study areas and yoga and bike rooms.
The finished building provides modern, comfortable student housing conveniently located near the community college campus and minutes from downtown shops, cafes and activities. The apartment-style living gives students their independence while still being connected to the amenities and resources they need while attending college.
