Nuvance Health | Behavioral Health Facility Build-Out
In Norwalk, Connecticut, LeChase handled the buildout on a new outpatient behavioral health facility for the Nuvance Health system. The project covered an entire 15,000-SF second floor of a medical office building, and required demolition of existing interior structures and upgrades to the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. The new space includes check-in and waiting areas, exam rooms, offices and support areas. All work was completed over a five-month period, working in close collaboration with Nuvance officials.
