LeChase served as CM-at-Risk on this 153,000-SF office renovation project in the urban heart of Rochester, NY. This transformative endeavor, in partnership with Nixon Peabody, LLP, entailed the renovation of their existing office space on the fourth floor and floors nine through 14 of the Clinton Square Building.

The project featured a modern and sophisticated upgrade, including high-end interior finishes to enrich the office environment. Additionally, we introduced cutting-edge video conference rooms and designed the space to maximize natural light, creating an inviting and productive workspace. A contemporary staircase was installed to connect floors 13 and 14, adding both functionality and a touch of elegance.

The project adhered to an accelerated schedule, ensuring efficient delivery. This renovation not only reflects Nixon Peabody’s dynamic nature but also provides a comfortable and collaborative work setting.
