Our Lady of Mercy | Performing Arts Center
This project consisted of renovating the existing 1940s auditorium and constructing a black box theater on top of the existing gymnasium. The auditorium renovation included a new HVAC system, state-of-the-art lighting and sound system, stage curtains, seating and flooring throughout.
The gymnasium also received a facelift with new flooring, lighting and paint throughout. A new fire protection system was installed in the entire renovated space including in the black box theater.
Project completion was five to six months ahead of the original schedule and was achieved by working on Phase 2 in parallel with Phase I.
