Penn Yan Central School District | Penn Yan Academy Additions, Renovations & Reconstruction
This project included the construction of new additions for a media center, science rooms, classrooms and a gym. Major renovations to the existing building included a 77,000 SF roof over the entire academy, new locker rooms, band and choral rooms, a wellness center, offices, science rooms, classrooms, a kitchen and full renovation of the auditorium. Upgrades to the auditorium included a new sound and control booth, lighting, stage, scenery, rigging, refinished terrazzo floor, ceilings and new seating. Site improvements included a new retaining wall, courtyard and parking lot.
