University at Albany | Broadview Center Arena
This project covered renovation of the 45,000-SF Broadview Center Arena at the University of Albany. The scope included the removal of the existing bleachers, reorientation and installation of a new basketball court surface and the construction of new permanent seating and a retractable bleacher system.
The updated facility features two new locker rooms for the men’s and women’s basketball teams, a film room, a player lounge and a kitchen. It provides seating for up to 3,400 spectators.
