Wilmorite, Inc | del Lago Resort and Casino Concrete
LeChase performed all of the concrete flatwork for this resort and casino located between Rochester and Syracuse in the town of Tyre, N.Y. The 290,000-SF casino has a 220,000-SF main floor and a 70,000-SF mezzanine level. Our scope covered all grading, prep, reinforcing/rebar and a total of 8,000 cubic yards of concrete work that included slab-on-grade, slab-on-decks and theatre area/seating. The 187,000-SF six-story, concrete, post-tensioned resort hotel features office space, a spa and 215 guest rooms. For the hotel, crews performed 10,000 CY of concrete work for elevated decks, walls, elevator/stair walls, balconies and slab-on-grade.
