This interior renovation transformed approximately 24,000 SF of office space to create a new corporate headquarters. Completed space includes offices, break rooms, conference rooms, a climate-controlled wine cellar, a wine tasting room and display areas. High-end finishes and upgraded HVAC controls were included throughout the renovated space. As Wine Enthusiast’s previous lease was set to expire, LeChase had to complete a substantial amount of the work within an expedited 10-week construction period. Our team developed and implemented a detailed logistics plan to address the additional fact that the building would be occupied during construction. The team strategically sequenced the work and kept in constant communication with building occupants to ensure no one was affected by the construction activity.
