Great progress is being made at the 500 E. Main project site in Durham, where a second tower crane has been installed.
The first crane went up in late October. The logistics of this project require the use of two cranes, as it is the most effective way to reach all corners of the site. When completed, this ZOM Living property will include 248 apartments, retail space and a parking garage.
