The week of May 3, LeChase sites took part in the OSHA National Safety Stand-Down to prevent falls in construction. The annual Stand-Down raises awareness of the actions, equipment and processes needed to avoid falls and related injuries.
LeChase has supported the initiative for a number of years. This year, the focus was on recognizing construction workers across the country who did not return home as a result of a fall, as well as first-hand lessons learned from falls on jobsites.
Projects across LeChase operations held stand-downs on these and related topics. Thanks to everyone who participated in this important effort.
