Ribbon cutting marks completion of GCH pediatric mental health center

On June 26, LeChase and the Golisano Children’s Hospital (GCH) celebrated completion of the new Brighter Days Pediatric Mental Health Urgent Care Center with a ribbon cutting ceremony. LeChase CEO and Managing Partner Bill Goodrich attended the event alongside hospital leaders, faculty and staff, donors and members of the project team.

The newly opened facility is the area’s first-ever walk-in mental health crisis clinic for young people up to age 18. Patients can receive immediate care without a prior appointment. LeChase served as the general contractor on the project, which created a new building entrance and lobby, and renovated the existing building’s first-floor R-wing to include comforting spaces outside of an emergency room setting. The scope also included a number of site improvements.
