Last week, LeChase and the Highland Hospital team celebrated the completion of the new southeast patient tower with a ribbon cutting ceremony. LeChase President Will Mack and Executive Vice President and COO Kyle Sayers attended the event alongside project team members John Grande and Keith Bates.
LeChase served as CM-at-Risk for the $70 million, 80,000-SF modernization project, that now allows the hospital to provide private rooms for nearly all patients.
Built above existing surgical and observation units, the tower adds four floors – three floors providing 58 private patient rooms, and one for future build-out – as well as a mechanical penthouse.
The project also included approximately 10,000 SF of renovations to the existing building to accommodate connection to the new tower.
