Weather forecasts called for a rainy June 20 in Rochester, but that didn’t stop preparations for the annual food truck rodeo. Extra tents were set up on the back lawn of the Indigo Creek office and provisions were made so the event could go on as planned that day.
In the end the rain held off, making the event more enjoyable for all. Local employees and their families dined on pizza, sandwiches, crepes, desserts and more from a variety of food trucks. The unexpectedly dry weather also allowed the large crowd to take advantage of outdoor activities that included games, bounce houses and face painting.
