Expansion of the Rosewood Health Center is nearing completion, with the project team receiving their Stocking Permit on August 7. The center is located within The Cypress of Raleigh, an award-winning retirement community in Raleigh, NC.
LeChase Superintendent Burnice Laws and Assistant Project Manager Kyle Goodrich are working with NEMA Management to wrap up work on the project, which started last September. Furniture delivery, coordinated by THW Design, is now underway. A North Carolina Division of Health Services Regulation (DSHR) review is anticipated later this month.
