Five southeast employees recently completed their year-long Future Leaders program with a trip to Rochester.
Over the last few months, the participants have been tasked with developing “Great Ideas” that they believe could enhance the company’s business. While in Rochester, they had the opportunity to present their ideas to the company’s executive team. They also toured the Indigo Creek office, visited the equipment yard, toured the Sands-Constellation Center project and attended a graduation dinner with the executives.
Congratulations to this year’s Future Leaders graduates (left-to-right in top photo) – Mike MacGilvray, Jonathan Huis, Jeff Fryza, Dan Bond and Jeff Wassenaar. Also, thanks to program leaders Kathryn Taylor Payne, Cameron Jones and Jason Varner for another great year.
