Last week, participants in LeChase’s 2023 field excellence program completed their second session. Focusing on pre-job planning and project management, this session featured activities such as building a popsicle stick bridge and a cash-flow game.
This program kicked off last month with the group of participants, coming from 10 different regions who were nominated by their unit leaders.
