Team completes work at 25 Delaware Avenue

LeChase recently completed work at 25 Delaware Avenue in Albany. The four-story, wood-frame structure – built over a partially below-grade, reinforced concrete podium – provides 51 affordable housing units. The project also included renovation of an adjacent 5,000-SF, two-story masonry building that houses a fitness center, lounge and other amenities for tenants.
