Last week, LeChase team members Foster Smith and Kathryn Payne visited East Carolina University (ECU) to speak with senior construction management students. Their presentation – What Would We Have Wanted to Know – focused on the relationships and soft skills side of construction, providing important insights for the seniors as they get ready to embark on their careers.
The team was also able to catch up with former LeChase intern Josey Wilson, who will be joining the team full-time after graduation.
