The Lake House on Canandaigua is among the Top 15 Resort Hotels in the Continental U.S. – ranking second in the new Travel + Leisure listing.

The listing is part of Travel + Leisure’s annual World’s Best Awards, compiled by a survey of readers earlier this year. Respondents rate properties on facilities, food, overall value, and other criteria. For the listing, properties are classified as resorts (versus city hotels) based on their location and amenities.
Based on results from the same survey, The Lake House also ranked #30 among the Top 100 Hotels in the World. It is one of only eight hotels in the U.S. to make that list.
LeChase served as construction manager for the resort on Canandaigua Lake, and helped celebrate the hotel’s ribbon cutting last August.
