Built in the early 1930s, the Spa Little Theater is a treasured gem within Saratoga Spa State Park. Originally designed as an intimate performance space, it has long served as a cultural hub for the community, hosting a wide variety of performances, including theater, music, and dance. With its charming architecture and historical significance, the theater has evolved over the years to become a beloved venue for both local and national talent, fostering connections through the arts and enriching the cultural fabric of Saratoga Springs.

Project Scope

The Spa Little Theater renovation will transform this cherished venue into a modern, multifunctional space while preserving its historic charm. The project focuses on enhancing the theater's functionality and guest experience with strategic updates to key areas.

Planned improvements include upgraded restrooms, a reimagined box office, and expanded dressing rooms for performers. A new public concessions area, private event space with an outdoor patio, and acoustic and seating upgrades will further elevate the venue. Additionally, the second-floor lobby will be redesigned to provide a more welcoming experience for visitors.
