LeChase recently received beneficial occupancy for Phase I of the McGavran-Greenberg Hall renovation at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. This phase was an enabling project involving a complete gut and re-build of an existing wet lab. The work added lab gas services as well as new casework and fume hoods from Nycom. Phase II, which will begin soon, consists of installation of a new generator, air handler, and BSL-3 lab.
