Earlier this month, LeChase joined Ellicott Development and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) in a ribbon cutting to celebrate the opening of the new USACE headquarters in downtown Buffalo.
As construction manager, LeChase renovated the 125,000-SF building at 478 Main Street. The scope of work included basement parking, elevator modernizations, updated main lobby entrance, new social security offices on level two and 14 new apartments on levels six through eight. The ribbon cutting celebrated the completion of the project’s third phase, the new USACE space on levels three through five.
