The Conifer-LeChase Construction team is making great progress on the Carman Place Apartments project in Hempstead, NY. Wood framing is currently being completed above both building podiums, while the MEP systems are being roughed in below. Once the framing is complete, the team will focus on finishing the building envelope before winter.
When complete, the two, five-story apartment buildings will include 228 units, underground parking and additional commercial space.
