A July 29 ceremony kicked off the Finger Lakes Workforce Development Center project at Monroe Community College’s downtown campus. The center will accommodate an ever-changing mix of construction and industrial workforce development programs in the region.
LeChase is Agency Construction Manager for the project, which includes renovation of 50,000 SF over three floors in an existing MCC building. SWBR is designing the center. The state-of-the-art space will include a welcome area, offices, instructional classrooms, and labs for computers, robotics, skilled trades and other disciplines. The project should be complete by early 2022.
